Promotion of the month : Ticket !

This module adds to Dolibarr the trouble ticket management or technical support. An unidentified user can register a new ticket or consult an existing, through a public interface.

The classification of the ticket is customizable with three dictionaries: the type, category and severity of the ticket.
Every action performed on the ticket (recording a message, change in classification, etc.) is recorded in the history of the ticket. Y
ou can associate one or more forms of intervention to the ticket, the duration is calculated on the form of ticket.
