I work for a college and we use this as our main ERP program which we access online
Suggestions
. A way you can count third parties of a selected representative
. (student Card Facility) where you can create and print cards for empoyees and \or third parties
. petty cash recons for specific employees
. birthdays of employees to pop up to all users
