Login from any PC

Maybe I’m overthinking it?
I can only login from the computer I started the program on.
I’ve seen some post about replacing localhost with an IP address but I just can’t seem to get it to work.
Can anyone direct me? or send a link to the answer?

You didn’t disclose your network and platform environment. So I could only suspect to be a network configuration issue - are the PC probably connected or do you have firewall that is blocking access. You need someone who is proficient in networking to help you.

Sorry,
It’s a PC
Windows
Let me know if you need more info.
What is the correct format that I need to type into the address bar. That’s part of what is confusing me.
I can shut down firewalls if needed to test it.

Basically like you mentioned, you replace “localhost” with the IP address. For example say the IP address of your PC with Dolibarr installed is 192.168.1.2, and if you have been using “http://localhost” to access Dolibarr, then from the other PC, you use “http://192.168.1.2”. If you were using “http://localhost/dolibarr” to access, then from the other PC, you use “http://192.168.1.2/dolibarr”.

From a networking point of view, I am making a lot of assumptions - like you are in a local network, your network is probably setup and that the other PCs are able to “see” each other and firewall is probably setup to enable serving of web pages, etc. If this still doesn’t work, you might have better chance of asking for solution from other Windows networking forum.
