i have this issue that i need to put product on my contracts because contract include 8 pcs. of XXXXX and some time i will use more than this on his machine to remember to sent him invoice on extra

i have not look for module but i think it must be easy to ad on orig. module but i solve it by making a ekstra service that is produkt number + an S in front so i know it is for a contract
Am looking at the same thing for equipment rentals/leasing. Would also be nice to be able to set a termination date for the contract.
Just noticed the beginning and end fields in the contract form. would help if I actually read the thing. 
Still trying to get the product into it though. Kind of important due to serial numbers and such.

If you enable that setting [tt]CONTRACT_SUPPORT_PRODUCTS=1[/tt] then your contract line changes to let you select a product or a service.
