If you compare dolibarr to quickbook, you see that their billing and payment is simple. you can add the price of any goods in the invoice page even when using predefined goods. Even though it is elementary, it is ok for small businesses, is there any way to simplify creating of Supplier and customer invoice in dolibarr, and also to make the process just a page, where invoice is created and validated in the same page?
Everyone has his own way to do the things so you would need to find your own way to simplify the way of creating invoices. For me, it takes just a few seconds to create an invoice. You can try using things like
- Replenishment option
- Purchases module
- Barcode scanner
- Search on Dolistore as there is plenty of modules to increase the efficiency
- Have a look at Hidden options as there is plenty of options which can help.
