how to get company types in for good

Using my Dolibarr

i have now try this 3 times that my company settings is lost in llx_c_forme_juridique is there any way that i can sent it to so it will be include so if i upgrade it will be included

DOLIBARR ENVIRONMENT
- Version: 8.0.1
- Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
- Web Server: Apache/2.4.29
- PHP: 7.2.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.2

If your changes and additions are from general interest and it is in a language I can understand (english, french, german) post your additions and I will contribute a pull request for the data migration to the development version.
