I am new to this software and i was wondering if anyone could help me, I am the main admin of the software and i have created a user and a vendor for the system, I have created the company and put the 3rd party contact in and set this to shared, When the end user logs in and goes to create PO and it asks for the vendor it comes up blank, Please see screenshots below which may explain it better that i have.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
There could be few possible reasons I can think of following:
1. Third party you created is not defined as vendor
2. This third party is assigned to another user and this user who is trying to access does not have permission to read third parties assigned to other users ( basically check permissions on third party).
It may be You added a contact which is not linked to third party, Contact sharing has no effect as you are not issuing PO to contact but to company( third party)
