Polish special characters: 
are displayed as “?” in every generated PDF.

I’ve tried models: einstein, baleine, azur.
Yes by “template”, i mean “azur” or “crabe” for example.
I can’t reproduce pb.
Can you create an invoice on demo.dolibarr.org and provide me the ref that have a bad invoice pdf with bad chars ?

Is there a simple way to implement the changes, which are already done in the demo?
I run my own basic website in php, so I’m able to add little modifications to your code.
Should I take certain files from a development version?
Or maybe a new stable release is coming? I can wait a month or so for the PDFs.
A 3.1.1 is coming soon, but i can’t tell if it fix.
You can test it by downloading it from download area (pre-release area)
I use version 3.1 and everything works fine.
