doliwampapache doesn't start on Windows 1803 build

Using my Dolibarr

Since the update of my Windows 10 to build 1803 (17134.1) I can’t start the service “doliwampapache” anymore.
It doesn’t matter If I start it with Admin rights.

What should I do?

The error in the eventlog says:
