after 8.0.2 to 8.0.3 upgrade backup fails

Using my Dolibarr

mysqldump or php dump in backup item hang for awhile .
It work on 8.0.2 issue strted from 8.0.3 upgrade

Which method do you choose for export

MySQL Dump (mysqldump)

or

MySQL Dump (php)

i’ve tried both

none of them completed just hang for a while

i stop few modules still the same : hanging

no error in dolibarr.log just hang for a while

i installed and upgraded from 8.02 two config o two different systems: Both backup hang for awhile (not error in logs file)
in 8.02: it has been working for 6 month as a charm

i’m in 8.03 i used ubuntu plaform (debian) 18.04
