User with read permission can't add time consumed

  1. A user granted only with “Read projects and tasks (shared project and projects I’m contact for). Can also enter time consumed, for me or my hierarchy, on assigned tasks (Timesheet)” permission does not have the right to ‘Create time spent’
  2. This also applies when the user is trying to ‘Create time spent’ from inside the assigned task.
