Does Dolibarr 12.0.2 has asset management ? What data are stored in llx_asset, llx_asset_type and llx_asset_extrafields, etc

Just came across this link : Asset Module not showing

Enable asset management by changing to developer mode :

Setup > Othersetup >

Change MAIN_FEATURES_LEVEL to 2.

Now can we connect to this development team… ?..Any one please guide…
