Email collector configuration error

Good day Dolibarr Community

I have been using Dolibarr extensively in one of my projects.

One of my favourite tools is the generation of tickets for every emails sent to a specific email address.

However, when I tried to add another email collector and when I got configure “Filters” it gives me the following error:

Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (*__database__*.llxih_emailcollector_emailcollectorfilter, CONSTRAINT fk_emailcollectorfilter_fk_emailcollector FOREIGN KEY (fk_emailcollector) REFERENCES llxih_emailcollector_emailcollector (rowid))

The initial installation was 18.0.5 and I am on 21.0.1.

This bug might have entered “the doli-sphere” in the V 21 upgrade.

Please let me know how to fix this silly bug.

### Bug Hello, I've found a lot of bugs on the interaction between the Ticket …Module and the Email Collector: ### Assigned users aren't notified when the client answers a ticket by e-mail. This bug clearly decreases the performance of Helpdesk teams, as they only know that the client has answered when they enter the ticket. ### When a client answers a ticket created through the webportal, another ticket ends up being created with their reply This bug makes it difficult to keep track of client requests. ### The assigned cron user is attributed as the author of tickets created through e-mail This bug makes it a bit confusing to understand who created the ticket from the Ticket List page. In addition, tickets created through the Public Interface don't show this information - maybe it would be possible to match with client's e-mail with their contact present on the database to show this information. ### The assigned cron user is attributed as the author if messages the client sent through e-mail Again, this bug makes it a bit difficult to quickly understand who was the author of the message. ### Dolibarr Version 20.0.4 ### Environment PHP _No response_ ### Environment Database _No response_ ### Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior _No response_ ### Attached files _No response_

The bugs you quoted above were different.
However, these bugs were fixed in V22.
