Some of the products cannot be added in the Proposals and Sales Orders

DOLIBARR ENVIRONMENT

  • Version: [13.0.2]
  • Operating System: [Linux Namecheap server]
  • Web Server: [Apache]
  • PHP: [7.4.15]
  • Database: [MySQL or MariaDB 10.3.27]

Some of the products cannot be added in Proposal and Sales Order specially recently added products.
No issues in PO and Invoices.

Modules are activated and rights is super admin.

What means “can cont be added” ? Error message ? Print Screen ?

Product cannot be added when I add new line in the Commercial Proposal and Sales Order. Only some predefined products.
There are no error messages but only “No result found”.error cannot add some products
This can be observed in Customer Proposal and Sales Order but NOT in Purchase Order.

See configuration of the “Products” module
In “Maximum number of products in the drop-down lists (0 = no limit)”, put 0 (no limit) or a value greater than that currently indicated
