I am not expert in it but if you still not resolve your problem you have to research your problem on Google/ watch youtube tuturials. I have my own company if i face any problem i contact with BTC.

Looks like I have the same kind of problem
Everything works fine, I am getting the update screen without any error or warning, but I do not get any button or option to proceedd with the update.

Please advice?
