Been a business partner and consultant since 1993. Started on DOS based Accpac which has been through changes to where it is Sage 300 today. Originally an Electronics Engineer and company director, started my own business in 1987 mainly importing and building servers and PC’s. Having an accounting and systems background, by default started supporting clients who were having problems with their ERP systems as above. Eventually dropped the hardware side to concentrate on ERP and CRM plus some very basic development.
Have always been interested in other systems and have some exposure or training on OpenBravo, (now) Odoo and Palladium Accounting. Sage 300, with its huge 3rd Party development network covering many solutions, has always sustained my small business.
I am very interested in solutions for small business, in particular Open Source Cloud based, together with providing training to expand the availability to small business.
I see great opportunity for this with Dolibarr.
