I`ve installed Dolibarr on Ubuntu Linux 13.04.

Locally I`m working with Dolibarr by http_://localhost/dolibarr

How to configure my linux system so I can access Dolibarr from WAN ?

Frankly speaking I don’t know how to do !

But if you don’t know either so I would advise you not to do that !

There are not only WAN access questions but security issues to consider, in my opinion if you want to access your Dolibarr from the internet so you’d rather consider a secured installation on a web hosting company of your choice instead trying to make your own server without access and security basic knowledges.

That’s just my opinion anyway…

i think if u want to change linux setting, u hv to go to linux forum about that? :smiley:

in my mac, i just install xamp, then i already can acces it anywhere as long im in the same network,
but if i want to use it from other place, i hv to change it to public ip,

You can do this by setting up a VPN server on the same machine, but as others said, this is not a topic for this forum.

P.S. Other solution is using SSH as SOCKS proxy…

Exactly, depending on the machine he uses. A putty with ssh tunelling can easily solve that if on windows, if linux there is plenty of tools.

Joyous to know about dolibarr for linux. Recently, signed up with a vpn service which is one of top 10 vpn servies. Being a top one, their services were truly unmatched and really happy to access all sites without any interruption.
