Add copy of original on invoice if we need to re issue invoice

I want to add line mentioning 1st copy of original, or 2nd copy of original …if we reprint all type of invoices. How to achieve the goal

For your question, Dolibarrr creates PDF, printing is out of Dolibarr (on your PDF viewer tool) so Dolibarr doesn’t monitor it.

Just to clarify the need, are you looking for copy tracking on the same document, like printing a duplicate or triplicate for shipping or record purposes? If so that’s a PDF customization.

Or are you looking to reissue the invoice with actual changes, like a revised version that keeps the same base reference but is marked as revision 1, revision 2 etc, while the original is marked superseded and excluded from your financial totals?
