Addd thai font for display

Hello,

I think you have to play again with the language file and to add the Thai fonts in your Dolibarr installation.

I found that file

tcpdf_thai_fonts.zip (621 KB) , you can try to unzip and copy inside …\includes\tcpdf\fonts

Or you can download the latest tcpdf package on www.tcpdf.org then copy the content of the fonts folder in your Dolibarr installation(…\includes\tcpdf\fonts), perhaps there is one font basically suitable for Thai in the standard package

Then for instance if you use English language, so edit the file …\langs\en-US\main.lang then at the beginning of the file you add FONTFORPDF=angsanaupci

If the font “angsanaupci” is not working so try another one…

Make a backup copy before modifications…

Please let us know whether or not you achieve to get it working !

Rgds.

Hi thanks will try it, have seen a lot of references for FONTFORPDF but do the display fonts use the same setting?

Hello,

That’s only for the PDF documents.

Do you mean that you get ??? or other weird characters displayed in the application as well when you key in Thai text ? I think this should not happen as the database might be UTF-8 formatted. If you get Thai misdisplayed in the application too so perhaps first make sure that your database has been set up as UTF-8 format.
