adding a new field in a table

 I want to add a new field(city) when i create a new users, so please help me how,where and in which table i should add this field

If yes, do you have any issues with updates after adding the new fields to Users?

8 years later, I think he will not reply.
You can of courese create aditional fileds for user with ExtraFields
