Barcode is showing in old product but if i change any thing it is gone from page and no where to insert it

This sounds like a barcode module configuration issue after the upgrade. First thing to check is if the barcode module is still properly enabled and configured in Setup > Modules/Applications. Look for “Barcode” in the list and make sure it’s activated.
If the module is enabled but you’re still missing the barcode field on product cards, go to Setup > Dictionaries > Barcodes types and verify that your barcode types are still there and active. Sometimes upgrades can reset these settings.
Also worth checking the product card layout configuration. In Setup > Display, look for product-related display options that might have been modified during the upgrade.
If you had custom barcode configurations or specific barcode types before the upgrade, you might need to recreate them. The barcode field should appear in the product creation/edit form once everything is properly configured.
One more thing to try is clearing your browser cache completely, as V23 might have changed some CSS/JS that’s causing display issues.
