Hello
I have products that have an alpha-numeric reference number and I have other products that only have a numeric reference number.
When I go to products, I can see that all my alpha-numeric and numeric only products appear on the list.
But when I try to place a customer order, the alpha-numeric products do not appear on the drop down menu of products to sell. I can only see the numeric products.
How can I fix this?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry it took me so many days to answer. I got a nasty stomach virus and went down for a few days. Thanks God I’m back.
My products’s status is “on sell”.
But I just ran some tests and the problem is not with alphanumeric items.
The problem is that the drop down menu does not show all the products in the database. It just shows the first products on my list.
I’m using version 2.7 because I need this version for a software that connects Dolibarr with Prestashop.
