Attaching linked files to email - Price Request

Using my Dolibarr CRM/SRM Modules

Hello all,

I am trying to send all linked files on a email from the price request module.

Use case: I am sending drawings to a vendor for quotation, and have linked them to the PR. I would like all the files to automatically attach to this email.

Currently my email template is set to include the main document, the dolibarr generated PDF of the PR, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to attach any of the linked files. What am I missing?

Hi,
The plugin InfraSPackPlus allows to attach easily files to an email (amongst many additional functionnalities that I need, mainly amend Dolibarr’s pdf).
There are also some plugins specific to attaching emails if you prefer. You should have a look on dolistore
