I’ve changed a number of php file permissions (permission settings 744) still greyed out, which is the correct php file to change?
I’m admin, all permissions enabled in Dolibarr.

Sorry you misunderstood what I meant. I was not mentioning php file status which should be ok following a regular installation. Access to modules and certain action types in Dolibarr are restricted by user profile. It is not that fine grained, but this can allow provide read or write access to various object types (eg someone can make proposals, but no bills, etc…). Anyhow, as an administrator within Dolibarrr, you go to Home/Users & Groups and select the user you want to configure the profile. Under the permissions tabs you will find all permissions that can be set to that user, and in particular those for Bank & Cash operations.

Apologies, was travelling. The modules are activated, list entries still greyed out. If I hover over it, gives me message of “feature disabled”.
Could you check under Home/Setup/Other Setup that you don’t have activated the global variable BANK_DISABLE_DIRECT_INPUT ? This would prevent you from direct addition of bank entries.

I see nothing there, except that you should also have the possibility to delete a bank entry (trash at the end of the line). We’re back to the user permission. Someway the ‘$user->rights->banque->modifier’ value must be wrong. Could you try to deactivate and activate the Bank & Cash module, then remove and re-add the permissions related to bank & payments ?
