Batch print of documents

Hi

Is there a way to batch print documents? There is a client who ask for copies of all invoices for a period of 5 years as he have had a data loss. How to do this? Is there a hidden function or is there a module to but or so?

Ok, I’ve got it! Fusion is the answer !

  • Go the listing of Client invoices.
  • Use the filtering functions at the top to find the invoices you are looking for
  • Check the box to the right in the listing, for the invoices you want to print as PDF

When you check the first box there will appear a drop down list at the top, above the filters. I’m not sure what it is written in English as I have it in French, but it should be something like Choose Action, and in the drop-down list that appear you chose Fusion PDF (or whatever it is in English) and just click the Confirm button. When you have done so, just scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find a PDF file containing all invoices you choosed to print.
