Bug - Email sent in plain/text instead of html

Hello dear Doli community,

maybe someone can help:
In case of automatically created tickets, emails are always sent in text/plain format instead of html.
If I sent mails from an manually created ticket instead, the mail appears correct in html-style.

However, if a ticket was created automatically via the email collector, then mails are only in plain text format, example below.

Does s.o. have any idea where the error is and how to fix it?

You can test to disable MAIN_FIX_FOR_BUGGED_MTA
