When a new social/fiscal tax is registered, the amount must be introduced with point as decimal separator, instead of coma as other places of dolibarr (Spanish). When decimal is with coma, an error is shown and can not continue.
The error is “The field must contain a numeric value”

you know we have a tool to report issues,
and they are some guidelines really well explained,
and it’s spoken only english there 
It could be one step faster to correct the problem you encounter and all “active” devs would be awware immediately.

I didnt Know that, by the way also don´t know how does github works, only used to download some other projects there.
There is an option into Dolibarr that enables a button, under dolibarr version, that says something like show a bug, but goes to https://doliforge.org, where must have user and password to log in… 
I thought that developers also pay attention to their forums, after all, this is where all users write any problems found using Dolibarr, I think it’s easier for we, who are not programmers.
If programmers are not reading forums and only uses github, then I think now I know why there are bugs from many previous version with no solution after years.
Anyway I´ll try to learn and use github, hope my comments can help developers, thank you again.
