Can not attach user linked files inspite of the fact that document location var directory has 12 gb free

Dear everyone and moderators, I can not upload the linked file for users. var directory has 1 gb free . Still I can not upload.

Hi there!
Have you checked the file name? Should be ascii, no special characters. Checking the maximum allowed file of the PHP.
