Cannot create a bank account

Using my Dolibarr

I’m new to Dolibarr and I’m in the process of setting up the different modules. I’m trying to create a bank account in the banks/cash module using the new financial account. I fill in the fields but when I select create account I get the following message

I’m logged in as super admin so have full permissions. I also tried creating a new user with full permissions but it generates the same error. I’ve cleared all browser history as well but that didn’t work.

I’m using version 16.0.1 as that was the latest version with a windows auto installer on sourceforge.

I would appreciate any help on how to solve this issue as I’m at loss what to do next.

I think it has been corrected.
Try to upgrade with the V16.0.5 : DoliWamp-16.0.5
