When I validate an (PROV…) invoice the (PROV…) is still visible and manual deleting from the interface is not possible! (I am using ODT templates not PDF’s)
Even as the Super User I cannot delete a (PROV…) or invoice when I press the delete (Garbage bin button).
I upgraded 1 weeks ago from 3.1.1 to 3.2.0 and that seemed to go ok. Went something wrong? Please help!
I checked already that owner permission were correct and everything is set to apache.
I saw that the PROV… files are now in the same directory as the FA… files, so the PROV… files are under the FA12… directory. Has that something to do with it? Still the permissions are ok.
Maybe the command for deleting (hitting the garbage button) is now wrong?
I also have only as extra the “multi-company” module installed!
I did a test of setting up a new Dolibarr instance with a new database on the same machine, just giving it another name and without the “multi-company” part. Even with this brand new, clean instance the same problem is there as decribed here above.
Yes I am sorry about all these placements. That was not the intention and will not happen again.
The draft bill (PROV…) I validated, becomes a FA… Than the (PROV…) file should disappear and that is not the case.
As said I am using ODT templates. I upgraded 1 week ago from 3.1.1 to 3.2.0 without any hitches.
If I add an invoice to a customer and add a product you get a (PROV…) file. If you validate that file it will become an FA… file and the (PROV…) file should disappear, leaving only the FA… file. This worked perfectly in 3.1.1.
This is not the case in my 3.2.0 version the (PROV…) file is still visible in the interface. Trying to delete it with the garbage button also does not function. Trying to delete the validated invoice with the garbage button also does not function.
Deleting it manually from the directory /var/www/html/dolibarr/documents/facture/FA… is possible. When I than look back in the interface there nicely gone. What am I doing wrong that the (PROV…) file not automatically disappears when I validate it and why I cannot delete the (PROV…) file with the garbage bin (delete) button?

Now I just started a whole new server with a fresh install of Dolibarr 3.2.0 and imported the database that I exported out of the upgraded old instance, but I still have the same issue. I have no clue of what I am doing wrong!
es indeed the ODT document is not renowned PROV with AF, but cons, I can well remove or delete the invoice. Can you email me so I can do with teamviewer?
