We are trying to use Yandex for the ERP communication server. We already created app password from the Yandex, after entering the SMTP details and test, it prompts the following error:
Server is not available at address smtp.yandex.com on port 465 - Error 0 -
What should I do to fix it? Thanks for your help and advice.
Have you following the steps to create tokens ?
Basically , you need to check with your mail service provider to check if they have any new security settings .
Yes, I created the app password, but it still prompts the same error message, so I changed to another email server and I do not have the problem. I am not sure if it is Yandex problem.
