Can't assign skill to an employee under skills management (HRM)

Hi Guys

I have just joined up and installed Dolibarr and love what I see. Going forward this will be a learning curve like most things but the one thing I am stuck on at the moment is the skills management under HRM module.

I have created a user within a group, will call this group A for now. I have created a skill and defined 3 ranks. However, for the life of me, I cannot see how to add this skill to an employee. I am sure it’s something simple but been trying to look at it for a while now.

Can someone be kind enough to assist?

Hi,

you need to create a job profile and assign competences to the profile.

Under evaluations you can then assign specific qualification levels for a user in the context of a specific job profile.

Many thanks, it has worked. I think the confusion is that even though it is now sorted it still shows draft under “Skills” when it is now live but I can live with that. Many thanks
