Where is dolibarr installed ?
What is the Dolibarr email configuration ?

Dolibarr is installed on my own laptop

and this is appearing when i sen a mail :

Yes,

It seems that you are using doliwamp.
So you canā€™t use phpmail to send mail.
You should put the configuration of an external mail server
