Thanks! Indeed it works if there’s empty for certain tags only. Example now I tried {company_phone} if no value in it, it won’t appear, whereby {contact_fullname} will be there always.

I’m wondering what is the file that I could add/overwrite these conditions?

On the Display in PDF ? choose 2 for those fields.

I have to do it under “complementary attributes” right?
Could you elaborate how to do it? I have only little knowledge on complementary attributes how it works, but I tried seem like its still display in pdf no matter what, I know that maybe some way I did wrong
