Change Chart of Accounts from French to Australian

Need to set Chart of Accounts.
While installing modules I discovered that the Advanced Accounting “Chart of Accounts” are in French even though I set the English language/localisation.

How do I go about replacing the French Chart of Accounts with Australian Chart of Accounts (in English) without going to the database?

Setting new chart of account can be done from menu financial - accounting - setup - chart of account

I am new to Dolibarr and I’m wondering if it would be better for me to create an Australian Chart of Accounts as a module for others to also use instead of just manually entering in the details via the web interface.
To do this I would re-engineer an existing COA module that comes with Dolibarr.
If you think this would be a better idea, where would I find an existing COA module in the Dolibarr structure to study?
