Changes to the Ticket application

Hello everyone, in the course of my work, a client asks me if I can implement some improvements for him on Dolibarr but not being very experienced in this area, I came to ask for your help.

Would it be possible to modify the “Ticket” application by adding these different features?

  • When editing a ticket:
    o Add an attribute “calculation of total time spent” per ticket (sum of the time of interventions linked to a ticket).
    o Add a “payable / invoiced” attribute
  • In the list of tickets:
    o Display the attribute “time spent”
    o Display the “payable / invoiced” attribute
  • In the statistics page:
    o Add a filter “to pay / billed”
    o add the time spent in the result table as well as in the graph

Are these different requests possible? If so, how can I go about it?

(I specify that we are using version 13 of Dolibarr)

Also, my long standing demand of asiging a ticke to a user is still pending. can it be taken care in the next revision best regards Kiran


I remind that Dolibarr is opensource : The developers are volunteers or paid by customers.
So help yourself if you need something urgently !
