I just installed ClickToDial Module in Dolibarr version 16.0.3 in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I keep getting the same error message in the browser (Firefox and Chrome) when I click on the phone number in the Phone Card “error:error”. The default link looks like this:
For help I used the wikidolibarr website: Module ClickToDial En - Dolibarr ERP CRM Wiki
and have gone through all the steps, however it does not work to open the softphone (linphone) with the URL (sip:<telephone number @asteriskserver>.
Can anyone help?
I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I’m curious if anyone has managed to get ClickToDial working smoothly with newer versions of Dolibarr and Asterisk. I’m trying to set it up and not sure if there are updates or better connectors available now. Has anyone tested it recently with success? Would love to know what setup worked best for you.
