We sell blocks of time on contract. Is there a way to have time entries applied to a contract? We need to have the contract to show remaining hours. Can this be done with HRM> Time Spent or do I need to use projects and tasks?
Natively, dolibarr does not manage this but I think it can be managed by bypassing a little standard use
First possibility, you create a product for each customer and you allocate a stock that depends on the quantity purchased. Each time a ticket is used, the stock is decremented on the invoice, the quote or what do I know
Second possibility, you use the projects and you add consumption of time. The consumed balance corresponds to the actual quantity
