Convert ounce too drop in UOM

Good afternoon,

I am new to using Dolibarr and I am needing some assistance. I own a candle making business that uses essential oils in my product. I am trying to find a way to convert ounce into number of drops when creating candles. I purchase the oils by volume/ounce, but when making the product, each one requires a certain number of drop for the oils. Is there a way I can accurately record this so that when production starts, the BOM shows the number of drops need per scent and candle?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. :grinning:

You might want to look at this thread.

Two different ways to accomplish what you seem to want. In your case you would need to determine how many drops are needed to make a fluid ounce.

Thank you for the information. This was a great help indeed. I already have the calculations to change ounces to drops, so I will just put the information in as total drops. Don’t know why my brain couldn’t figure this out, lol.
