Create Manufacture Order Blank

Using my Dolibarr Other native modules

Hi,
Sorry if i write in the wrong forum, but i hope i can get a help.
When i create a New Manufacture Order it just show a white blank screen (Bellow is the SS), try to find in the forum, i just get one user posted and got an answer that it is because of PHP, but there is no solution provided.
Dolibar 12.03, install from softlacus.
My Instance

  1. Using Digital Ocean
  2. Using Webuzo as panel
  3. MariaDB 10.3
  4. PHP 7.3
  5. Apache 2.4

Please advise what should i do.

Hi,

White screen means PHP error => Check the apache LOGs

Note : My BOM have decimal quantity, so for example paper quantity from PO is 1, but when its going in BOM for production its only use 0.25 for example.

I dont know its because of that or there is an error.

thats what i get, please advise
