Creating Book Keeper Account & Assigning to External Party

Hi,

I am trying to outsource and hire external book keeping & auditing party that uses my installation of dolibarr 13.0.2. I had seen some videos and browsed the forum as well. We seem to

  1. Create a Third party for auditor of book keeping. However, this may have limitations in viewing all of the employees, documents, PO and Invoices for reading purpose.
  2. Therefore, we created an internal user and assign it to Third party as sales representative and that seem to be working ok.

Now, we face a problem that the internal user intended to audit book keeping seem to have too much of personal information like employee bank accounts etc. Therefore, we would like to restrict few of such information displayed inside employee cards.

Can any one guide how to do this please…
