For some reason I always have a “delay warning” for all customer orders despite it has 3 or 4 weeks untill finished. Can anyone help?

Can you check your settings in Setup / Alerts /
Tolerance delays before warning
Perhaps you just need to adjust some values.

As I understand, the alert should appear 1 day AFTER the deadline for the order. Otherwise it’s pointless as each order has different execution time.
