I want to set some default value for customer creation in base at destination country? is possible?
I need to set some value default on some fields of customer based on country, and same things for the invoice creating for this customer set other default value ever based to country destination. Someone can help me?

Not possible with the core, and don’t think that a suitable external module exist.
You need to develop your own module.
