Currently, my Dolibarr instance is set to default and when I create a proposal or a sales order, it always generates a provisional document. I find this workflow quite interesting and important here in the company because it allows me to validate the proposals before the salespeople send them to our clients. However, I have noticed that after validation, the system still keeps the provisional files, which consequently disturbs the financial analysis of the project as shown in the figure below. Is it possible to automatically delete the provisional document once it is validated (proposal or sales order)?
