Delivery address being different to customer

Hello,

I really want to be able to setup a different delivery address to the customer address. My customer has multiple depots and my orders are shipped to all of them. I have added all of the addresses as contacts/addresses for the main customer.

I have researched as much as possible but i cannot see how to put a delivery address into the system.

The suggestion of setting up each depot as a customer isn’t going to be an option as the invoices all need to go to the main customer. The other suggestion of having the delivery location as a contact doesn’t seem to be working either.
I looked at the SQL db and saw that table llx_commande has a column fk_delivery_address but it is showing as null for each of the orders.

Any help would be really appreciated!

When you set a contact as responsible for delivery in the order/invoice then a box showing the delivery address will show on the pdf. No box is shown if no contact set.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but the reason I asked was because of exporting data. When I export orders, it doesn’t show where they’ve been sent to.

I have had to setup all of the addresses as new contacts now to fix the issue.
