Delivery Note / Without Offer or Invoice

Hi every one! this is a awesome script!

I was looking arround and i did not find the way to make a delivery note to a “prospect” without issuing a offer or invoice, as my company sends before the offer a sample of products and the comes the offer and invoice…

SAMPLES -> IF OK -> OFFER -> If Accepted -> THE INVOICE -> Delivery Note.

But i also need delivery notes for the samples… there is a way to do this??? could i get some help`?

Hello,

So far there is no way to make a delivery note without a prior order… so you just cannot without going through the regular steps of quotation (optional) then order then delivery and invoice !

Do you use the ‘interventions’ module ? If not, so perhaps you could have a try with that as a work around ! Activate the module then generate an intervention and modify the ‘soleil’ form code to display ‘samples delivery note’… that’s just an idea, but maybe better than nothing as it could help to keep some records about wich prospects have been provided with free samples.
