We are delighted to present the base de connaissance / LaRéponse module, developed by our team at Code 42. This module has been designed to simplify the creation and management of your commercial and technical documentation in the Dolibarr ERP/CRM system, and is suitable for all companies.
Powerful features:
With LaRéponse, you can create a variety of articles available internally, privately or in public mode. It uses a tag system to sort and find your articles easily, allowing you to establish tag links between your third parties, articles, products and projects. This feature makes it easier to organise your resources and more intuitive to navigate.
Precise search:
You’ll also have a precise search function in the search bar, allowing you to explore the very content of your articles by searching for specific words or phrases.
Other Features Included:
- Create/Modify articles.
- Add comments to articles.
- Mark articles as favourites for quick access.
- Import existing files to convert them into articles.
- Export existing items.
