Do you use Stripe for invoicing and Dolibarr as your ERP? This module saves you accounting work

If your company uses Stripe as your invoicing platform (whether from an e-commerce store, a SaaS app, or any other tool that generates invoices directly in Stripe) and you also manage your accounting with Dolibarr, you probably know the pain of having to manually enter or reconcile those invoices in your ERP.

Important: this module is designed for when Stripe is the one generating the invoices, not for when you simply use Stripe as a payment method within Dolibarr itself. The key is that Stripe is your invoicing source and you want those invoices to automatically appear in Dolibarr.

The Stripe Invoice Import module solves exactly that: it automatically imports invoices generated in Stripe directly into Dolibarr, with no manual intervention.

What it does for you:

  • Syncs invoices and customers between Stripe and Dolibarr.

  • Automatically creates third parties that don’t exist yet, including their tax details (VAT number, tax ID).

  • Imports invoices in any status: paid, open, uncollectible or voided.

  • Records payments linking them to your bank accounts in Dolibarr.

  • Can be scheduled to run every 5 minutes via Dolibarr’s cron system, fully unattended.

  • Has draft mode in case you prefer to review before validating.

It is especially useful if you run a SaaS business, subscription service, or any e-commerce where Stripe generates many recurring invoices and you want Dolibarr to have them all without extra work.
