There are so many options for selfhosted ERP, and Dolibarr really seems to tick many boxes.
One thing i couldn’t figure is history of user actions.
For example traceability in most organizations is very important to monitor approval stages, or version history of different documents(ie. quotations/invoices).
Does Dolinar have feature of logging all these actions which are performed by users?
Hello Dany,
Yes Dolibarr can log users actions and also user security events (login, logout, etc).
User actions can been seen on the agenda and also on each object card view (order, invoice, etc)
User security events can been seen in administration.
Both need to be activated in configuration and agenda module.

Thank you for Agenda hint, honestly i would never assumed it, since the word “Agenda” by itself doesnt make me associate quotations, invoice and purchase order tracking to be under that part of Dolibarr. I mean, keywords like “versioning”, “tracking”, “history” or “audit” would be my mental association for traceability features.
@defrance Thank you for the suggestion, I took a look at it, however seems like it is good basic features.
@AvonKury Sadly, paying for module 250€ is way out of my budget . If it was in a range around 50€, that would be acceptable for the country where i am at.
I will wait for Dolibarr 23 to come out, then will install it to simulate if it works out.
Hi. I do not find any registration of the login and logout actions in the agenda of Dolibarr, and also i did not fnd in the configuration of the module agenda how to activate this user events.
