Doli stop working

Hello everybody

Last week I installed successfully doli 3.8.3 ( win 10 with doliwamp) and start configuring and entering data. Everything was OK till yesterday when I tried to install a new module ( zip for Greece ) restart the pc and since doli is not working.
When I try to start the application, firefox is starting, I see the http://localhost/dolibarr/ but no login mask just a blank page… :unhappy:
I am not sure if the installation of the module did some damage or is something else.
Any ideas ?

Is there a way of backing up the data I already installed with some tool, so I could restore the data to a fresh installation ?

Thanks in advance for your answers

The module is surely the problem. Can you try to remove the directory of the module to see if it solve the problem ?

Hi eldy
I did it but this did not solve the problem…
Any suggestions ?

Take a look into file
c:/doliwamp/logs/apache_error.log
just after getting the blank page

Do you read explicit error message ?

Hi
this is the error log. As you can see it didnt run since yesterday.
I also see in task manager that the apache service is stopped and I can not start it…??

ooopps !!

apache_error.txt (6.07 KB)

Well it seems that it was a problem with win10 and the apache service. As soon as stopped the WWW service, doli started.
Though now when I try to add items in a new invoice I get the following message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18411520 bytes) in C:\dolibarr\www\dolibarr\htdocs\includes\tcpdf\tcpdf.php on line 7284

What is that ?

This is a message from PHP.

Apparently you didn’t reserve enough memory in php.ini with directive
[code}…
; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128M:sunglasses:
memory_limit = 128M
…[/code]

Best regards

Here we go again …

... ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB) ; php.net/memory-limit memory_limit = 128M ...

OR: take phpMyAdmin to make a backup, install new and resore your data, so youhave a clear installation
